Customers data is exclusive property of the winery, Divinea is the external data processing manager. The only data shared with Divinea is that of customers who purchase experiences from Divinea.com.Divinea.com.

The connection is made at the moment of the software installation by Divinea Tech team in collaboration with the website developers. Once the connection is made, all the information received through the winery's online channels is automatically recorded within Divinea Wine Suite.

Yes, the "Add Reservation" function available in the calendar section allows you to include reservations received by email or by phone with a few clicks. Every time you insert a new reservation manually, the customer's data are automatically recorded in the CRM so that you can keep track of the customer's purchases and reservations history.

Yes, during the setup phase of the Software, we assist you in the importing of all your customers data so that no information is lost. Customers data are easily imported via Excel file.

Yes, Divinea Wine Suite CRM allows you to keep record of both final consumers (individuals) and business contacts (companies). You can create segments and set automatic email marketing campaigns for both private customers and business customers in order to manage communication effectively and efficiently.

You don't need to download any app to use Divinea Wine Suite on your computer. The software is 100% Cloud and you can use a normal browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc ..) to access it. All updates and improvements are implemented automatically and therefore no special maintenance is required.

    Divinea was born in 2019 with the aim of helping Italian wineries to communicate in a simple and effective way with their customers through the promotion of wine tourism activities and the sale of wine.

    In less than a year it has created the main platform of winery experiences in Italy , connecting more than 350 wineries with thousands of wine lovers.

    In addition to the portal of experiences in the winery, it has created Divinea Wine Suite to support wineries to increase their wine sales directly to the consumer over time .
